• Professional brewing boiler with indirect heating is ideal for mass catering establishments such as restaurants, canteens, schools, hospitals, prisons or various types of catering establishments
• Allows you to cook soups, stews, pasta, dairy dishes; steam meat, fish, vegetables, mushrooms; reheat or steam frozen or semi-cooked foods
• The boiler is indirectly heated by means of steam produced in the space between the coats
• Equipped with manual water refilling system in the water jacket, with the possibility of checking the water level
• The heater tank is filled with water using a tap with a rotating spout, with two separate connections for treated water and cold water from the mains
• The water is drained from the tank by means of a a valve in the form of a tap or a drain valve
• 6/4 inch drain faucet with a large grommet for easy draining of the boiler, with a lock against accidental use
• In the case of unfiltered mains water, it is recommended to use a water softener to preserve the taste of the water and provide the device with protection against scaling
• Safety valve with a blood pressure monitor protecting the boiler from excessive pressure build-up during heating and venting during start-up and removing the vacuum created during the cooling phase
• Cover with self-balancing hinges - spring-loaded lid tilt mechanism allows the lid to stay open in one position
• The bottom of the brewing tank made of sheet metal 2.5 mm thick
