Professional meat, salami and cheese seasoning cabinets are designed and manufactured entirely in Italy using high quality materials and state-of-the-art technology, for perfect dry seasoning.
The design of the equipment focused on recreating the ideal microclimate and natural methods traditionally used to season meat. Based on these assumptions, unique cabinets were developed, with intuitive technology that combines patents in ventilation, decontamination
and oxygenation of meat, salami and cheese.
KLIMA seasoning cabinets make it possible to carry out high-quality, biologically safe seasoning processes in a way that is easy and accessible to everyone.
Cabinets are ideal for restaurants, steakhouses, butcher stores, small farms or supermarkets. The ability to completely manage the dry maturation process of meats, a key step in determining their organoleptic quality and improving flavor and tenderness.
The equipment features a modern and safe design made of AISI 304 stainless steel (suitable for food contact according to EC regulations) and coated with cyclopentane for maximum thermal insulation. KLIMA cabinets use patented technologies that make the product unique. In addition, the System models are equipped with a 7" intuitive touchscreen that makes it as easy as possible to work with the device and customize it to individual needs.
