• iVac (smart sensor)

The suction process is automatically controlled by a sensor to ensure the maximum vacuum possible. Allows packing of liquids and products with high water content without setting a time and making unnecessary packing attempts.

• Soft Air

The system of gradual air inlet into the chamber and progressive decompression prevents puncturing of bags with sharp-edged products or deformation and damage to products. Allows you to get a perfectly packaged product, ready to present on display shelves.

• ExtraVacuum

Vacuum program achieved in stages. Allows you to remove the air inside the product with a porous, soft texture.

• Packaging in an inert gas atmosphere

• SCS (self-calibration system)

ISensor vacuum packers have automatic vacuum calibration, adjusting to the current weather and altitude - no splashing or spilling of packed products.

• iSeal (intelligent welding)

iSeal automatically adjusts the sealing time and temperature for each cycle. With this patent, it prevents the device from overheating and extends the life of all components. iSeal guarantees perfect vacuum packaging with every use.

• Packing two bags at the same time

The packaging machine allows you to seal two bags at the same time (one on top of the other), without losing on the quality of sealing.

• Independent sealing bars

Thanks to the autonomous nature of the sealing bars, we can choose the desired and optimal sealing configuration depending on the product or application. This maximizes the vacuum chamber space and minimizes the energy consumed in each cycle.

• AutoClean Oil (automatic oil cleaning)

The oil drying program extends the useful life, and the hour meter. The system helps determine the best time to run an oil cleaning cycle.

• Sealing strips with a double seal of 4 mm thickness

The new design of the sealing bar, with stainless steel reinforcements, makes it more robust and durable. It allows double-stamped sealing, which increases food safety.

• AISI 304 stainless steel vacuum chamber with rounded edges

High-quality, durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction with a chamber with rounded edges, making it much easier to clean the unit.

• Extremely durable, double-silenced methacrylate cover

COOKING TECHNIQUES

• MCV (multi-cycle vacuum system)

The patented MCV system automatically determines and triggers the appropriate number of vacuum cycles, up to a maximum of 9 cycles, without the need for supervision and manual lowering and raising of the lid after each cycle. This enables the venting of sauces to protect against liquid spillage in the chamber, as well as the coloring, impregnation and flavoring of foods.

• Standby mode

This function allows the vacuum inside the chamber to be maintained indefinitely. This allows the creation of solidified foams, marinades, reducing impregnation time by up to 90% compared to the traditional technique.

• External vacuum kit

Optional external kit that allows vacuum packaging in dedicated GN 1/1, GN 1/2 or GN 1/3 catering containers. The use of this type of solution allows delicate food products such as salads or pasta, among others, to remain fresh and voluminous. In addition, the standard dimensions of the containers make them easy to store and transport.

EASY MAINTENANCE

• Wireless sealing bar

Special cordless sealing bar design and stainless steel vacuum chamber with rounded edges makes cleaning the vacuum packer much easier and faster. This type of solution allows to maintain optimal hygienic conditions.

• Automatic lid tilting system

Automatic tilt function allows easy access to all parts for maintenance, efficient cleaning of components and convenient oil change process. This has the effect of reducing maintenance costs and time.

CONTROL PANEL

Convenient control with three touch-sensitive buttons, backlit LCD screen, and two operating modes. In automatic mode, simply insert the bag and lower the lid so the packer does all the work for us. Manual mode allows you to program 10 different programs, depending on your needs and cooking techniques. All parameters are displayed on the screen.

• ISENSOR mobile app

The free iSENSOR mobile app allows you to remotely control the operation and settings of the vacuum packer using your Android or IOS mobile device. The application also allows you to connect to a thermal printer that allows you to print self-adhesive labels. (optional)

• Thermal printer for self-adhesive labels

Thermal printer for self-adhesive labels for food vacuum bags, containing information such as product name, packing date, shelf life, storage temperature, or barcode printing.

• STOP function
